New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million 5.90004% yield notes linked to S&P, Russell
New York, May 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 5.90004% yield notes due Feb. 23, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is paid monthly, the equivalent of 4.425% for the term.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above its 55% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
