New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.58 million review notes linked to Dow, Russell, Nasdaq
Chicago, May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.58 million of 0% review notes due Oct. 16, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting Oct. 14, 2022 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 8% per year if the worst performing index closes above 100% of its initial value on the successive determination dates;
If the worst performing index ends above its 65% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
