New Issue: UBS sells $685,000 buffer callable contingent yield notes on S&P, Russell
Chicago, May 16 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $685,000 of buffer callable contingent yield notes due Oct. 10, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 7.35% if each index closes at or above its 85% coupon barrier on the corresponding review date.
The notes are callable at par plus any coupon otherwise due on any quarterly call date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless the lesser performing index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will have exposure to the losses of the lesser performer beyond 15%
