New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.2 million capped dual directional buffered equity notes on indexes

New York, May 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.2 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due May 11, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus the worst performing index return.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 20% buffer.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.

The securities are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
