New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $366,000 contingent income autocallables on three indexes

New York, April 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $366,000 of contingent income autocallable securities due April 4, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.75%, paid quarterly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 70% downside threshold on the related quarterly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically starting March 30, 2022 at par if the level of each underlying index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any quarterly call determination date.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its 70% downside threshold during the life of the notes and any index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer finishes below its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
