New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.34 million contingent coupon autocallable yield notes on indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 18 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.34 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due April 20, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly contingent coupon at an annual rate of 9.8% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier, 75% of its initial level, on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be called at par plus coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly trigger observation date after six months.

If the notes are not called and each index finishes at or above its 65% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon, if any. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

The agent is Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.
