New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.53 million dual directional trigger PLUS on three indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., April 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.53 million of 0% dual directional trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 4, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the return of the least-performing index.

If any index finishes below its initial level but each index finishes at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus double the absolute value of the return of the least-performing index.

If the worst performer finishes below its barrier level but at or above its 60% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from its initial level.
