New Issue: JPMorgan sells $100,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on EAFE ETF, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., April 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $100,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due April 5, 2027 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each underlier finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.78 times the return of the lesser performing underlier.

If either underlier falls but each underlier finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer.
