By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, March 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $565,000 of jump securities with autocallable feature due Sept. 25, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at par plus 14.5% per year if each index closes at or above its call level on any annual call determination date starting Sept. 23, 2022. The call level will be set at 105% of each index’s initial level, increasing by 5% each year.

At maturity the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing index if it finishes at or above its initial level.
