New Issue: JPMorgan sells $609,000 review notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, EM ETF

Chicago, March 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $609,000 of 0% review notes due Sept. 24, 2026 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 9.5% if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date.
If the notes are not called and each underlier finishes at or above 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 47.5%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
