New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.18 million digital barrier notes on index, ETFs

Chicago, March 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.18 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Oct. 25, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the iShares MSCI Emerging Market ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each asset finishes at or above its 70% barrier level, investors will receive par plus the 8% contingent digital return.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performer.
