New Issue: UBS prices $2 million buffer gears linked to S&P, Nasdaq, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, March 18 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2 million of 0% buffer gears due April 19, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the gain of the least performing index.

If the least performing index finishes at or below its initial level but at or above its 84.5% downside threshold, the payout will be par.

Investors will be exposed to any decline of the least performing index beyond 15.5%.
