New Issue: UBS prices $4.53 million capped in-gears notes linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $4.53 million of 0% capped in-gears due Dec. 8, 2026 tied to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, if the index’s return is greater than or equal to 34%, the payout will be par plus 70.8%.

If the index return is greater than or equal to % but less than 34%, the payout will be par plus 2.111111 times the excess of the return over 16% plus 32.8%.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 4% but less than 16%, the payout will be par plus 1.64 times the return above negative 4%.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 24% but less than negative 4%, investors will lose 1.2% for every 1% loss beyond 4%

If the index finishes below its 72% downside threshold, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index from its initial level.
