New Issue: Barclays sells $2.63 million contingent market-linked autocalls on indexes, ETF

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., March 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.63 million of market-linked securities due Feb. 27, 2025 – autocallable with contingent coupon and contingent downside linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 11.25% if each underlier closes at or above its 70% coupon threshold on the observation date for that period.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any underlier finishes below its 70% downside threshold, in which case the investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are the agents.
