New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $4.98 million enhanced trigger jump securities on three indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., March 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.98 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due April 6, 2023 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the each index’s final level is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 70% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.5%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from its initial level.
