New Issue: JPMorgan prices $420,000 capped buffered equity notes linked to Dow, Russell

Chicago, March 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $420,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Oct. 14, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final level of each index is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser-performing index’s return, capped at 21%.
If the final level of any index is less than its initial level by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
If the final level of any index is less than its initial level by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 10%.
