Chicago, Feb. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.09 million of 2.85% buffered fixed-coupon notes due April 30, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will share in losses at a rate of 1% per 1% drop beyond the 15% buffer.
