New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.55 million capped dual directional contingent buffered notes on Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.55 million of 0% capped dual directional contingent buffered equity notes due March 8, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the index, capped at 5%.

If the index falls but by no more than 27%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of its return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
