New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.91 million buffer securities linked to index basket

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.91 million of 0% buffer securities due Jan. 14, 2027 linked to an equally weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, each with equal weights.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any positive return of the basket.
If the basket falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to declines in the basket below 25%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
