New Issue: Citigroup sells $921,000 barrier digital securities on S&P, Russell

Chicago, Feb. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $921,000 of 0% barrier digital securities due Oct. 5, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the least-performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.25%. If the least performing index falls but not below the barrier level, 75% of its initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.
