New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.09 million 6.8% yield notes linked to Russell, Nasdaq

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.09 million of 6.8% yield notes due April 6, 2023 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

If each index finishes at or above its buffer level, 82.5% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.21212% for every 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 17.5%.
