New Issue: JPMorgan sells $797,000 capped accelerated barrier notes on Russell, S&P

Chicago, Jan. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $797,000 of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due Feb. 2, 2023 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the return of the worst performing index, up to par plus 23%.

If any index falls but each index finishes at or above its barrier level, 75% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If any index finishes below its barrier level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
