New Issue: UBS prices $1.28 million trigger autocallable contingent yield notes on index, ETF

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 13 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.28 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due Aug. 31, 2026 linked to the least performing of the SPDR Euro Stoxx 50 ETF and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 8.25% per year if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier, 80% of its initial level, on the related observation date.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus coupon if the shares of each asset close at or above its initial share price on any quarterly call observation date after 12 months.

If the notes are not called and the final share price of each asset is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 60% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worst performing asset.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
