New Issue: JPMorgan prices $925,000 contingent interest autocalls on S&P, Russell

Chicago, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $925,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Oct. 5, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each month, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 9.5% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the review date for that period.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly call review date after three months.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par if both indexes finish above their initial levels. Investors will receive par if neither index ever closes below its 70% trigger level during the life of the notes.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
