New Issue: Scotiabank prices $9.38 million digital notes linked to Russell 2000 index

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 13 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $9.38 million of 0% digital notes due May 11, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,116.40 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
