Chicago, Dec. 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $700,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Oct. 3, 2022 tied to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized premium of 10% if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call date starting after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the worst performing index if both indexes finish above their initial levels.
Investors will receive par if the worst performer declines, but finishes above 70% of its initial level.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing index declines.
