New Issue: BofA sells $1.53 million contingent income issuer callable yield notes on indexes, ETF

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 30 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.53 million of contingent income issuer callable yield notes due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 7% if each underlier closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the observation date for that period.

The notes are callable at par plus any coupon due on any quarterly determination date after six months.

If the notes are not called and each underlier finishes at or above its 65% downside threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
