New Issue: Barclays sells $4.13 million callable contingent coupon notes on Russell, S&P, Nasdaq

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.13 million of callable contingent coupon notes due July 31, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 5.65% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 75% of its initial level, on the related observation date.

The notes will be callable in whole at par plus any coupon due on any monthly call date after six months.

If the notes are not redeemed early, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon if each index’s final value is greater than or equal to the coupon barrier.

If any index falls below its coupon barrier, but all indexes finish at or above the 70% final barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.

Barclays is the agent.
