New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.78 million 5.6% autocallable yield notes on S&P, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.78 million of 5.6% autocallable yield notes due March 20, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly review date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index finishes below its trigger level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 20%.
