Columbus, Ohio, July 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% autocallable buffered equity notes due July 17, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the ARK Innovation ETF and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a 6% call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on July 25, 2022.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the lesser performing index.
Investors will receive par if the lesser performing index falls by up to 15%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond the 15% buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
