New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $250,000 autocallable contingent income notes on indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, July 23 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC sold $250,000 of autocallable contingent income securities due June 1, 2026 tied to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at the rate of 5.75% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon threshold level, 70% of its initial level, on the related determination date.

The notes will be called at par if each index closes above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the performance of the least performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
