By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, July 23 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $87,000 of 0% autocallable barrier notes with step-up premium due June 3, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 8.85% annualized call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.
