New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.85 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes on three indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., July 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.85 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due July 18, 2024 linked to the performance of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the closing price of each index is greater than or equal to its initial value on July 13, 2022, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a 12% call premium.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.7 times the return of the worst performing index.

If any index falls but each index finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.
