New Issue: Barclays sells $3.24 million buffered dual directional notes on S&P, Nasdaq, Russell, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, July 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.24 million of 0% buffered dual directional notes due Jan. 5, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the least performing index up to a maximum payout of par plus 25%.
If the least performing index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par plus 50% of the absolute value of the return of that index.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the least performing index beyond 15%.
