New Issue: BofA prices $636,000 buffered enhanced return notes linked to three indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., July 7 – BofA Finance LLC priced $636,000 of 0% buffered enhanced return notes due July 6, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If each index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the least performing index return. Investors will receive par if the least performing index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 10%.
