New Issue: Barclays prices $625,000 buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, June 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $625,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser-performing index’s return, subject to a maximum return of 47%. If the lesser-performing index declines by 15% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 15%.
