Buffalo, N.Y., June 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.85 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Nov. 18, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.45%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
