New Issue: Barclays sells $1.45 million buffered callable notes on Russell 2000

Los Angeles, June 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.45 million of 3.75% buffered callable fixed-coupon notes due March 29, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
After six months, the notes are callable in whole at par on any monthly call date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.
