New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.72 million yield notes due 2022 tied to Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, May 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.72 million of 5.25% yield notes due July 5, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either asset finishes below 82.5% of its initial level, in which case investors will be lose 1.21212% for each 1% loss of the worse performing asset beyond 17.5%.
