New Issue: BofA sells $4.31 million capped dual directional notes on S&P, Russell, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, March 11 – BofA Finance LLC priced $4.31 million of 0% capped dual directional notes due March 3, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the least-performing index’s return, subject to a maximum upside return of par plus 50%.

If the final level of the least-performing index is equal to its initial level or is less than its initial level by up to 40%, the payout will be par plus 50% of the absolute value of the least-performing index’s return.

If the final level of any index is less than its initial level by more than 40%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines.

The notes will be guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
