New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.38 million yield notes on Russell, MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, March 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC sold $4.38 million of 6.3% yield notes due Feb. 23, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index and the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines beyond 20%.
