New Issue: Citigroup prices $795,000 barrier securities on linked to S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, Feb. 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $795,000 of 0% barrier securities due Feb. 9, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 135.9% of the worst performing index if all three underliers finish above their initial level.

If the worst performer declines, but not more than 40%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
