New Issue: Barclays prices $3.18 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Russell

New York, Feb. 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.18 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept. 20, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 19.1%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
