New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $7.95 million PLUS notes linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $7.95 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due May 4, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 17%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
