New Issue: JPMorgan sells $997,000 capped accelerated barrier notes on three indexes

Chicago, Feb. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $997,000 of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due July 31, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the worst performing index, up to par plus 30%.
If either index falls but each index finishes at or above its barrier amount, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
If either index finishes below its barrier amount, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index.
