New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.15 million callable contingent income notes on indexes

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, Jan. 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.15 million of callable contingent income securities due Jan. 20, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 7.68% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the observation date for that period.

If the lowest-performing index finishes at or above its knock-in level, 68.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lowest-performing index from its initial level.

The notes will be callable at par on any quarterly redemption date after six months.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
