New Issue: Barclays sells $1.3 million autocallable notes on Russell, Nasdaq, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.3 million of 0% autocallable notes due Jan. 17, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 7.5% annualized premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below 60% of its initial value, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
