New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.6 million autocallable barrier notes on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.6 million of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Dec. 29, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus a 5% yearly premium if each index closes above its initial level on any of four annual review dates.
If the notes are not called and each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least-performing index. Investors will receive par if any index finishes at or below its initial level but the final level of each index is at least 60% of its initial level. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level of the least performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
