New Issue: Citi prices $3.08 million buffered digital notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Dec. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.08 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 3, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 12.7%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
