New Issue: Citi sells $1.29 million callable contingent coupon equity notes on Dow, Russell, Nasdaq

New York, Nov. 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.29 million of callable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due May 11, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at annual rate of 8.8% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial level, on the observation date for that period.
The notes will be callable at par plus any coupon due on any monthly potential redemption date after three months.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index finishes below its 70% barrier, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index from its initial level.
